Rosey-Mae is located on Plot 72, Silverhill Caravan Park, Roman Bank, Lutton Gowts, Nr Long Sutton, Spalding, South Lincolnshire, PE12 9LQ. Silverhill has been established for 5 years and Phase 2 is currently underway and it is where Rosey-Mae is sited on a fantastic corner plot. Kevin, the Site Manager, and his partner Lynn offer everyone a warm welcome.

What Rosey-Mae has to offer:

LOUNGE & LIVING AREA:  Spacious lounge seating area with gas fire, 19" LCD Flat screen TV with Freeview channels and built in DVD player, There is also a CD/Radio
There are a number of Games for all ages, and toys for the younger guests.  Wi-Fi is available at extra cost, and if required please mention this when booking as this is supplied direct by the site and is payable direct to site when required.

OUTDOOR RELAXATION:  Garden Table and Chairs are available (during the summer seasons) if you wish to sit outside and eat al fresco, or just enjoy the peace and quiet.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:  All Bedrooms have electric (wall mounted) background heating:
Twin Room: 2 Single Beds and plently of storage space. Ideal for kids and adults
Bunk Room: Lower single bed with a removable cot side (free of charge) that stores easily beneath the bed. The top bunk is secure and suitable for older children and adults
Master Bedroom:  Plenty of storage in this room, and it has a standard size double bed.
Pull out double bed in the lounge area: Located under the seating area, this is very easy bed to assemble, metal foldaway bed just pulls out in less than 5 mins.  Alternatively, the back cushions can be removed to make 2 single sleeping areas.

Please Note: Duvets and Pillows are provided, and all mattresses have protective covers. You will need to bring your own duvet covers, pillow cases and fitted sheets, etc

BATHROOM:  Decent size Shower room with toilet, basin and fully enclosed, and totally fantastic, large walk in shower built-in with seated area.

COOKING & DINING: There is a fully fitted kitchen with built in gas cooker and grill, and a fridge with a small freezer compartment. There is a kettle, toaster, microwave, sandwich maker, hand held blender. Plenty of cupboards containing all you need for your stay. Pans, Bowls, plates, cups, glasses, condiment pots, cutlery, knife set, roasting pans, grill pans, etc.
Plenty of seating around the dining table, there are coasters and plate mats for your use.

LAUNDRY & CLEANING:  There is a large clothes horse, upright vacuum cleaner, hand-held cleaner, iron, ironing board, mop and bucket, broom and a dustpan and brush so everything is on hand. There is facality to wash clothes on site

ELECTRICAL POWER SUPPLY:  This caravan is supplied at 240V - 16amp - 50 Hz. This will give you around 4 Kw (4000 watts) of power. Please be aware that you may not be able to use all the major appliances at once, but this as never been a problem for us, common sense prevails.

CAR PARKING:  There is a parking bay for 1 car at the side of the caravan, although there is a seperate car park available to guests at the site entrance.

MOBILITY/ACCESS:  At this moment in time, this caravan is currently not suitable for people with severe mobility problems, eg, no access ramps. We sincerley apologise for any inconvience this may cause.
